In order toimplement provisions set out under Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) No. 5 of 2025 (“ Regulation 5/2025 ”) on Supporting Professions Within the Financial Services Sector, which mandates for the establishment of provisions on administrative management, competency requirements, continuing professional education and the recognition of professional associations, the OJK is currently completing work on a new Draft Circular , which bears the same title as Regulation 5/2025 (“ Draft Circular ”).
